Apple Varieties Harvest Schedule 2008

Our guess as to starting time for picking which may go several weeks.

All dates subject to change as the fall growing conditions unfold.

We had a severe freeze on the first of May this year.  This reduced the quantities available this fall for some of our apple varieties.  The overall quality of the crop however is excellent and in good supply for harvest.

August
Paula Red (sweet, eating, baking) 3rd week
Tydeman (sweet, eating) 3rd week
Zestar (good sugar/acid balance, juicy, short shelf life) 3rd week
