Apple Barn Rental
This rustic barn is located next to the Indian Ladder Farms market. The barn is 150 years old and approximately 30 x 40 feet. It comfortably holds about 70 people. The barn has three sets of very large sliding doors that can be opened to allow overflow. There is a large, newly constructed wooden deck off one side of the barn and a sheltered area behind the barn perfect for a bar or additional seating. The barn is unheated. It does have electric lights and electrical outlets with sufficient power to accommodate the needs of a PA systems, musicians and DJ's. Adjacent space allows for a tent to be attached. The barn is available for rent from May through August. The cost for the Apple Barn is $400.00, it includes rectangular tables and chairs with seating for 50. Additional seating can be arranged at an additional cost.
Indian Ladder Farms has space available for setting up tents. A tent can be set up adjacent to the Apple Barn, beside the Herb Garden or elsewhere on the farm. The cost of renting space to set up a tent is .25 per square foot.
Ceremony Site Rental
Use of the grounds of Indian Ladder Farms, as chosen by the renter and agreed in advance by ILF for the purpose of a ceremony, including set up and use of 50 chairs. $300
Indian Ladder Tent Rental
We have a 20 x 40 foot tent that is available to rent for a fee of $300. This tent stands next to the Herb Garden. It has optional sidewalls and a gravel ground cover. We have several six-foot long rectangular tables and about 35 metal folding chairs that are available for use free with the tent rental.
Education Barn Rental
The Education Barn is our casual barn that shares a wall with our farm animals; it is a large spacious barn with a concrete floor, lights and electricity. The perfect barn for birthday parties or casual gatherings. If you are buying food platters through our kitchen the cost of rental is $75 with $100 of platters. The cost of the barn without any additional food platters is $150.
People attending special events held at Indian Ladder Farms have access to the rest rooms in the farm market, the Herb Garden, Farm Animal Exhibits, Picnic Areas and Nature Trail.
All events, with the exception of Children's Farm Birthday Parties, have use of the rented property for a period of 6 hours. Additional time for rehearsals, decorating, etc. may be arranged at the discretion of ILF at no additional charge.
Indian Ladder Farms has a catering menu and can cater special events held on the farm. Customers may choose from items on our existing menu or work with our kitchen manager to customize a menu for their event.
